A senior advisor is on duty throughout published hours. Outside these hours, the mailbox is monitored for matters of urgency from existing principals only; new enquiries are acknowledged on the next working day.
There is no calendar widget on this page, no phone-capture form, and no chatbot. A principal who is ready to begin does so by writing a short letter of intent, in plain English, French, German, or Dutch, addressed to the Brussels office. The letter is opened by whichever senior advisor is on duty that week, read in full, and answered in the language in which it was written — usually within the same working day, and never later than the second.
Where the enquiry falls outside the practice's remit — typically a request for in-house legal representation, an operational turnaround mandate, or a coaching engagement below the principal threshold — the letter is returned with a brief note suggesting where the writer may be better served. No name is added to a marketing list. No enquiry is sold, shared, or aggregated.
Two working days, a named reply, and — if both parties agree — an invitation to the diagnostic conversation.
No sequence. No newsletter. No "checking in" emails six weeks later. No addition to a CRM record visible to anyone outside the senior advisor on duty.
The diagnostic is a paid 90-minute engagement: a confidential first meeting, in person at the Brussels office or by encrypted video, in which Sigrid and the principal decide together whether the work warrants a longer retainer. It is not a complimentary discovery call, and it is not a sales conversation conducted by a junior team member. Submitting the form below opens a single, password-protected request screen; the senior advisor on duty will reply within two Brussels working days with a proposed time and the short pre-read.
Correspondence received at the Brussels office is held under the professional secrecy norms applicable to Belgian advisory practice. Messages are encrypted at rest on servers located within the European Union; the mailbox is accessed only by the senior advisor on duty and, where strictly necessary, the head of client services. Letters are not retained beyond the period required to consider the enquiry, to deliver the diagnostic, and to satisfy the practice's record-keeping obligations under Belgian law.
A sender's name, organisation, or email address is never used to build a profile, is never shared with a third party, and is never added to a marketing list. If a working relationship does not begin, the enquiry is archived under the practice's standard seven-year retention and is then deleted without further action.
